SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched between 1 and 5 business days after proof of payment is sent. After dispatch, shipments are made via CTT Correios de Portugal, SA, by Correio Azul or Registered Mail, with different delivery times depending on the destination:
Blue Mail:
• Mainland Portugal: Delivery in 2-3 working days, with a cost of €1.91. Orders over €35 have free shipping.
• Madeira and Azores: Delivery in 2-3 working days, costing €1.91. Orders over €35 have free shipping.
• European Union: Delivery within 14 working days, costing €4.45. Orders over €75 have free shipping.
Registered mail:
Mainland Portugal: Delivery within 2 working days, costing €4.28. Orders over €50 have free shipping.
• Madeira and Azores: Delivery in 3 to 5 working days, costing €4.28. Orders over €50 have free shipping.
• European Union: Delivery within 10 working days, costing €5.95. Orders over €80 have free shipping.
- We always advise sending the order by registered mail as it has a tracking code, if it gets lost, it can be located more easily. As we are not responsible for lost orders, it is always safer to choose registered mail so that if something happens, you won’t lose the money you invested.
During busy periods, such as holidays and Christmas, distribution deadlines may be extended, which is the responsibility of CTT Correios de Portugal, SA
ORDERING PROCESS
After the order is completed (payment confirmation), it will be prepared and shipped. If the order is processed by Registered Mail, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number to track the order’s journey via the CTT website or through your profile in the “orders” area.
We recommend paying attention to delivery after shipping confirmation. Responsibility for the address provided lies with the customer. Reshipping costs due to the return will be borne by the customer, paid by Bank Transfer or Mb Way, sending proof to geral@kokyu.pt.
If CTT is unable to deliver, a notice will be left in the mailbox to collect the order at the indicated CTT post. You will have 5 working days to collect the item.
If you want the pieces to be sent in separate bags or in gift packaging, you will have to specify in the notes before finalizing the order.

PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay for your purchase via MB WAY, ATM or Bank Transfer after clicking FINALIZE THE PURCHASE.
• MB WAY: Requests the mobile phone number, confirmation in the app and entry of the MB WAY PIN. Orders paid by MB Way are processed immediately.
• Multibanco: Generate an Multibanco reference when completing the order. Payment must be made within 24 hours. Payment confirmation results in immediate processing of the order.
• Bank Transfer: Send proof of transfer with your name and order number to geral@kokyu.pt
within 24 hours. The order will be processed after payment confirmation. Orders not paid within 24 hours will be automatically cancelled.
